A personal garment collection

Made by Me.

Personal garments and samples, with the materials and stories behind them. A closer look at what I make for myself, for friends, and for the next idea.

Personal garment / One-off

Golden Feather Jacket

I made this one-off jacket for myself, inspired by the ApparelWerks Killim Jacket. I adjusted the pattern to my measurements and cropped the silhouette to suit how I wear it. A feather-patterned jacquard from my personal fabric collection became the back panel, giving the jacket its character.

Personal garment / A material with a memory

Sutra JacketLunar New Year Edition

This Lunar New Year edition grew from a mandarin-collar pattern I developed for a friend. Its trim was made in Hong Kong in the 1960s and later gifted to me by a friend who had inherited it from her grandmother. I made the jacket to honor that connection and bring the treasured trim into use.

Sable Reed Shirt

I’m developing Sable Reed as a flagship shirt for Mystic Lore. The planned design pairs linen with African Ankara wax-cotton accents and a concealed button placket, leaving one visible button at the collar. These concept visuals explore the shirt’s direction while the physical garment remains in development.
